Honey Cornmeal Biscuits Recipe


  • 1 3/4 cup buttermilk baking mix
  • 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp Dabur Honey


  1. Preheat oven to 232 degrees.
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients until dough forms; beat 30 seconds.
  3. Turn dough onto surface dusted with baking mix; gently roll in baking mix to coat.
  4. Shape into a ball; knead 10 times. Roll or pat out 1/2-inch thick. Cut with 2-inch cutter dipped in baking mix.
  5. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve with additional honey.
  7. Preparation Time: 20 mins.
  8. Cooking Time: 20 mins.
  9. Serves: 2.
