  • 6 slices Brown Bread
  • 1 cup Spinach (chopped & boiled)
  • 3/4 cup Corn Kernels (boiled)
  • Butter/low fat variant (Naturalite)
  • 1tsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper
  • Dabur Honey


  1. Cut each bread slice into two triangular halves.
  2. Put some softened butter on each slice and spread it.
  3. Spread a layer of spinach on the slices.
  4. Add pepper and salt to corn kernels and mix well.
  5. Spread the mixture on the slices as the next layer after spinach.
  6. Then top this with Dabur Honey over the corn and spinach layer.
  7. Now, heat a little oil on a non-stick pan and put the bread on it.
  8. First put it from the bottom side (the spinach & corn layer should be on the top).
  9. Once the bread is a little toasted, turn the bread upside down carefully and toast that side as well.
  10. Preparation Time: 20 mins.
  11. Cooking Time: 15 mins.
  12. Serves: 4.
