    • 2 cups hot boiling water
    • A spoonful of green tea
    • 1 teaspoon Honey


    • Take a cup of water and let it boil
    • Once the water is boiled, keep it aside for ten minutes to cool. Then add a spoonful of green tea and let it brew for a minute. The brewing time can be increased depending on how strong you want the tea to be.

    • Then add some water and ice cubes and blitz again
