Mint Tea Granita Recipe with Honey


  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup packed mint leaves
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 1/4 cup Dabur Honey


  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Place mint and tea bags in a large pitcher.
  3. Pour boiling water carefully over mint and tea bags.
  4. Covered for 5 minutes. Strain to remove mint and discard the tea bags.
  5. Stir in Dabur Honey. Allow it to cool slightly.
  6. Pour the tea mixture into an 8-by-8-inch metal pan.
  7. Cover and place the pan in freezer for 1 hour.
  8. Remove the pan from freeze and scrape mixture with a fork.
  9. Crushing any lumps.
  10. Freeze for an additional 20 minutes,remove and scrape.
  11. Repeate every 20 minutes until the mixture is fluffy.
  12. Preparation Time: 2 hours
  13. Cooking Time: 10 mins
  14. Serves: 4
