Egg Noodles with Honey & Chilli Recipe

Egg Noodles garnished with Honey & Chilli


  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped.
  • 1 inch fresh ginger grated.
  • 1-2 red or green chillies deseeded and chopped.
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 2 tbsp Dabur Honey
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup Chinese egg noodles
  • chopped fresh coriander (optional)


  1. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the garlic, ginger and chilli over a high heat for about 1 minutes.
  2. Add the 8 ounces of egg noodles and stir-fry with the spices.
  3. Make sure you keep stirring well for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add onions and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until it turns pink.
  5. Add the honey, lemon juice and soy sauce.
  6. Allow to bubble up.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. Sprinkled with fresh coriander if you have some handy
  9. Preparation Time: 10 mins.
  10. Cooking Time: 15 mins.
  11. Serves: 4.
